Important Updates for the Online Payment Portal, PSN

If you have an online automatic payment scheduled with our online system, Payment Service Network, starting on January 30th, 2026, through February 28th, 2026, you will need to make an alternative form of payment.
Due to the software conversion, the Town of Kenansville will no longer be able to update the account balance information on PSN. As a result, they will be unable to processes automatic payments for the upcoming billing cycle.
Our new online payment portal is experiencing technical delays and will not be live until late February 2026.
*This update will not affect those whose account balances are drafted on the 20th of the month via ACH bank draft.*
