Board of Commissioners Meeting Information
The Kenansville's Board of Commissioners meet the 1st Tuesday of every month at 6:00PM for the regularly scheduled meeting held at the Kenansville Town Hall located at 141 Routledge Road, Kenansville, NC 28349. The meetings are held to discuss policies, make business decisions, and adopt local laws that will apply to the Town of Kenansville residents. The public is welcome to attend any of the monthly meetings.
If an individual wishes to speak informally about an issue, they may do so during the Informal Public Comment period, which will be opened after the meeting has started. If there are multiple individuals, a sign up sheet will be passed around before the meeting starts to ensure that everyone has a chance to speak. Each individual is limited to 3 minutes in order to keep the meeting moving forward. - Please note that the Board of Commissioners will not be able to take any action on the issues spoken about during the Informal Public Comment period. This portion of the meeting is just for the community members/residents to present complaints or issues to the board.

If you'd like to request to be on the Agenda for an upcoming board meeting, please contact our Town Clerk via email at clerk@kenansville.org with your request at least 7 days before the scheduled meeting.
What do I need to do if I'd like to speak about an issue that is within the town limits of Kenansville?
If residents or community members attend the Kenansville Board of Commissioners monthly meeting with the intention of bring up an issue but are not on the Agenda, attendees will be able to speak during the Informal Public Comment section.
